It's not bad at all.
Some things that I saw gave me the "thats well done" thought. A good example of this is when Cell did a Kamehameha. Both the image and the sprite did the wave...very nice.

My advice for you is to clean up some of the sprites. Here and there I spotted some errors. And perhaps stop the music once the movie is over perhaps.

Nice effects you used in the animation though. May I ask where you got them?

Ah man very disappointed it got cancelled.
However I'm glad you submitted your piece. It was very entertaining and made me laugh in variou splaces. The part with him on the bike lmao .... " well may need some duck tape ". Another part was when he said " WTF man you could of just shot him, but noooo " lol incredible.

Amazing animation and is a kick ass piece .... very glad you uploaded it. Very great flash my friend keep em comming

Graphics/Animation: The fight was well done.....though I know these sprites are all Gifs you used them well my friend. (10)

Style/Originality: Ever since the superior flash skills of Proxicide SF or MK fights seem to have some similarities to his....such as the ever popular MK stage that was used in MK vs SF 2&3. However I think you pulled this off pretty good....however I can't give much to Originality. (7)

Sound: I would of liked to have a theme going on as they were talking..... (4)

Violence: I hardly give this a high score unless it involves death or alot of blood.... (1)

Interactivity/Pre-Loader: ??? Need 1 of those. Even if you cannot create your own just get the newgrounds pre-loader. (0)

Humor: Action flash no need for humor i suppose. (0)

Overall: Pretty awesome flash.... keep it up

Errors/Tips: I have only 1 issue I'd like to appoint to you. When Akuma's text was up I could hardly read it... perhaps next time change the text colour to something like red/white something that doesn't cause people to gaze up closely to try seeing what their saying.
Comment: I guess the only thing left to say is ... FINISH lol. I was sat there saw the building piece falling off and then nothing lol. Other than that all the best in future animations

Graphics/Animation: I'm kinda stumped for words on that 1 ... it was incredible ^_^ (10)
Style/Originality: VERY original with the storyline and the style was pretty good to (10)
Sound/SFX: The music was good ... nicely chosen there. SFX i was a little dissapointed on (read the error/tip part for reason) (9)
Violence: Mild ... just like the rating..... so all good (10)
Interactivity/Pre-Loader: The pre-loader was good and original .... the interactivity O.O i loved the text backgrounds XD lol (10)
Humor: The Final fight where the Proxcide music came in and Deejay was dancing LOL (10)
Overall: What can i say .... another perfect animation from you (10)

Errors/Tips: Ok the only thing i noticed was during the fight by the mountain .... when (name escapes me) was attack Whip there were no SFX until she did a hard hit.

I LOLed sooo many times at the combo : Knee Knee Knee Knee XD ..... killed him with just 4 simple attacks LAWL.
All in all a great movie ... very informal on how to perfect or further beter your Captain Falcon Skills. If you get BRAWL i'd love to v.s you online XD ..... I read the comment you made up above soo no im not claiming im awesome and can destroy you ... im just issueing a friendly challenge after brawl comes out ^_^

Hey ill give you your props you know your animation pretty damn well. HOWEVER I have several tips for you.
Some background music all throughout the film would of been a nice touch and some more sound effects during the fight scenes.

Graphics/Animation: Nice drawings you got in this animation ... and some smooth tweening you did there. (9)
Style/Originality: Pretty original ... HOWEVER ... seemed to remind me ALOT of the Super Android 13 Movie. (7)
Sound: Although you had some themes and some sound effects i wish there were more so (5)
Violence: Um .... i only ever give this on flash that either have violence or someone dieing .. however ill give it a (3)
Interactivity/Pre-Loader: Nothing to flashy but very original so a (6)
Humor: Not funny and not ment to be so (0)
Overall: Overall a pretty damn good flash (8)

Errors/Tips: What i said above should clear this part.

This is unbelievable !!!!!!!!!
Uour first 2 i found great but this ....... this blows them away.
Everything was amazeing!!!!!!!!

Graphics/Animation: What more can i say .... they were incredible (10)
Style/Originality: Obvioustly you have creativity. I mean you came up with 1 of the best storylines i've seen. (10)
Sound: All the music was good ..... i loved the way you used it in this. (10)
Violence: ummm
Interactivity/Pre-Loader: The information thing while the pre-loader was loading helped pass the time ... thanks for that ^^. And the style of it was very good. (10)
Humor: Although it wasn't funny (didnt need to be) but i found it funny how at the end .... near it when sonic and nazo was pushing their blasts against 1 another......... the part where tails and knuckles go help .... it reminded me of the episode of Gohan and Cell.
Overall: By far your best animation. (10)

Errors/Tips: None i saw.
Comment: Kepp up the flash like this ..... a very good storyline and perfect animation ^^
