It's ok
It's not bad at all.
Some things that I saw gave me the "thats well done" thought. A good example of this is when Cell did a Kamehameha. Both the image and the sprite did the wave...very nice.
My advice for you is to clean up some of the sprites. Here and there I spotted some errors. And perhaps stop the music once the movie is over perhaps.
Nice effects you used in the animation though. May I ask where you got them?

I mostly laughed at the crying lol.
Text went by a little too fast here and there though.
But yeah I liked it.....loved the part with " I...Just...Want...to"

However I'm glad you submitted your piece. It was very entertaining and made me laugh in variou splaces. The part with him on the bike lmao .... " well may need some duck tape ". Another part was when he said " WTF man you could of just shot him, but noooo " lol incredible.

Graphics/Animation: The fight was well done.....though I know these sprites are all Gifs you used them well my friend. (10)
Style/Originality: Ever since the superior flash skills of Proxicide SF or MK fights seem to have some similarities to his....such as the ever popular MK stage that was used in MK vs SF 2&3. However I think you pulled this off pretty good....however I can't give much to Originality. (7)
Sound: I would of liked to have a theme going on as they were talking..... (4)
Violence: I hardly give this a high score unless it involves death or alot of blood.... (1)
Interactivity/Pre-Loader: ??? Need 1 of those. Even if you cannot create your own just get the newgrounds pre-loader. (0)
Humor: Action flash no need for humor i suppose. (0)
Overall: Pretty awesome flash.... keep it up
Errors/Tips: I have only 1 issue I'd like to appoint to you. When Akuma's text was up I could hardly read it... perhaps next time change the text colour to something like red/white something that doesn't cause people to gaze up closely to try seeing what their saying.
Comment: I guess the only thing left to say is ... FINISH lol. I was sat there saw the building piece falling off and then nothing lol. Other than that all the best in future animations

An O.k flash .... not great, but ok
Graphics/Animation: Well the best part of the animation was the energy balls and the explosions. (7)
Style/Originality: Not very original as there are a few Goku V.S Broly's going around. (3)

Interactivity/Pre-Loader: Basic Pre-Loader and the Continue bar was ok but when it's scrolled over it did kinda go off the screen. (3)

I guess this movie was mostly exploited for showing off the new 3D designs I'm using as well, hence the long intro. I don't think I'll be making a third tutorial. Thanks for watching though.

Style/Originality: Alot of originality but the style was basic as it was only a trailor. (7)

Interactivity/Pre-Loader: No other buttons besides Pre-Loader (but it's not realy required in a trailor). The Pre-Loader was better than the original NG 1 but it was however an edited version of the Christmas NG Pre-Loader. (3)
Humor: Although there was no puns here........ when metal sonic blew away Sonic(think it was Sonic anyway) made me gigle. (7)
Overall: A good Trailor and I am looking foreward to seeing the finished Episodes. (10)
Errors/Tips: Ok as I mentioned earlier I seen some minor errors.
1: When shadow's picture shows up you can see a small light blue square. That's the only 1 I spotted.
Comment: Normaly I comment about the flash but this comment goes out to everyone that has a go for this being a trailor.
So the guy made a trailor, is it a crime.... I think not. All he did was make a small intro to what he shall be submitting soon into NG it's no harm.

Hey what can I say, I didn't care about the bad reviews, I didn't even expect this to pass judgment, all of the sprite scenes are early 'pilot' footage, I have improved on them for the final product, the series will span a max of 7 episodes, and I have half finished episode one, I am hoping to complete it for the end of march, so keep your eyes peeled, I'd love to see your review for the final product.

Graphics/Animation: It was kinda choppy as during their stance they were all over the place. Also when X and Zero landed after Sonic, Knuckles and Amy leave they wetn from tiny to regular. (4)
Style/Originality: Not very original at all as it copied Matrix. Some style but not good enough. (1)
Sound: Well at first there was no sound so that kind of annoyed me. The music used was ok but seemed to jump from song to song so easily you should of made 1 song per scene. (2)
Violence: No violence, yet it wasn't required but if it is in a flash obvioustly the violence grows. (0)
Interactivity/Pre-Loader: Well the only interactive button I saw was the Replay button which no offense was kind of an amature. (1)
Humor: No humor but yet again not always required in a movie but, it is always nice to make the viewers giggle a little and it could boost your number out of 5 from something like a 2 to a 3-5. (0)
Overall: Well overall I do think you have something going here. All that I think you require is some flash tutorials. Obvioustly you can make flash and understand the cutting etc, but all I'm saying is you could serioustly improve trust me. (3)
Errors/Tips:
1: The choppy sprite work.
2: Add more music.
3: Learn to create a kick ass button
Comment: It was an ok attempt, even though I aint a fan of Matrix I do think you have potential if you practise a little before you realease your next part.
